The annual membership is offered at a rate of $699, paid in full at the time of enrollment. All sales are final and non-refundable. This membership automatically renews on an annual basis unless the member provides at least thirty (30) days’ written notice of cancellation prior to the renewal date. If the membership is canceled prior to the completion of the annual term, an early cancellation fee equal to two (2) months of the month-to-month membership rate will apply. Membership access and all associated benefits will remain active through the end of the applicable term or notice period. By submitting payment, the member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all membership terms and conditions, and that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
