DAY PASS

$25.99

The Day Pass grants access to the facility and applicable amenities for one (1) calendar day only during normal operating hours. The Day Pass is valid solely on the date of purchase and does not renew or extend beyond that day. All Day Pass sales are final once payment has been initiated and processed. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for unused time, early departure, denial of entry due to rule violations, or failure to attend. Purchase of a Day Pass does not constitute membership and does not include recurring access or member-specific benefits. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all facility rules, policies, and terms and conditions, and that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

MONTH-TO-MONTH COMMITMENT

$99.99 every month

The month-to-month membership is billed at $99.99 per month and renews automatically each billing cycle. Membership continues until canceled by the member. Cancellation may be submitted at any time with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice via email or the designated member portal. Full access to the facility and membership benefits remains available throughout the notice period. Failure to provide the required notice will result in billing for the subsequent month. All sales are final once payment has been initiated and processed. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all membership terms and conditions, and that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

6 MONTH COMMITMENT

$89.99 every month

This membership requires an initial six (6) month commitment at a rate of $89.99 per month. Upon completion of the initial term, the membership will automatically convert to a month-to-month membership at a rate of $99.99 per month unless renewed for an additional six (6) month term. After the initial six-month period, the member may cancel or renew the membership by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice via email or the designated member portal. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to one (1) month’s membership fee. All sales are final once payment has been initiated and processed. By submitting payment, the member acknowledges and agrees to all membership terms and conditions and that this agreement is governed by applicable Nevada consumer protection laws.

WEEKLY PASS

The Weekly Pass provides access to the facility and applicable amenities for seven (7) consecutive calendar days beginning on the date of purchase, during normal operating hours. The Weekly Pass is valid for one-time use only and does not renew automatically. All Weekly Pass sales are final once payment has been initiated and processed. No refunds, credits, extensions, or transfers will be issued for unused time, early termination, denial of entry due to rule violations, or failure to attend. Purchase of a Weekly Pass does not constitute membership and does not include ongoing or member-specific benefits beyond the valid pass period. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all facility rules, policies, and terms and conditions, and that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

YEARLY COMMITMENT

$79.99 every month

The yearly membership is billed at a rate of $79.99 per month and requires a twelve (12) month commitment. All sales are final once payment has been initiated and processed. Cancellation prior to the completion of the annual term requires a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice. Early cancellation will result in a fee of $199.98, equal to two (2) months of the month-to-month membership rate. Upon completion of the initial term, the membership will automatically renew on an annual basis unless canceled in accordance with these terms. Membership access and benefits will remain active throughout the notice period. By submitting payment, the member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all membership terms and conditions, which are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

If the membership is canceled prior to the completion of the annual term, an early cancellation fee equal to two (2) months of the month-to-month membership rate will apply. Membership access and all associated benefits will remain active through the end of the applicable term or notice period.
